Our Client
My client is currently looking for a new core member to join an ambitious accountancy firm within the Hemel Hempstead area who have a passion for accountancy and exceeding expectations.
Roles and Responsibilities for the Semi Senior Accountant
* The preparation of statutory accounts, year-end accounts or rental accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
* The preperation of monthly or quarterly management accounts to provide clients with relevant information to their required specification
* The preparation and completion of client VAT returns, including liaising with the client to provide the required information
* Undertaking book keeping on behalf of clients, including processing transactions from documents provided by the client and reconciling control accounts, including Bank, Sales ledger, Purchase ledger and VAT
The ideal candidate for this Semi Senior Accountant role based in Hemel Hempstead will be
* Part ACA/ACCA qualified or fully ACA/ACCA qualified
* The Semi Senior Accountant must be confident and have good interpersonal skills
* Experience working in practice
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Ambitious, dynamic and have real passion
* Excellent communication skills, superb attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative
