Our Client is a National Engineering company based in the Dartford area and they require a Skilled Mechanical Fitter or Electro-Mechanical Fitter with Industrial Experience.
You must have 17th Edition Wiring Regulations and Electrical qualifications plus Mechanical Skills.
The role will involve removing electric motors, water pumps, gearboxes and other electrical and mechanical equipment from site. This equipment will then be refurbished and you will then reinstall on site. This role will be both site and workshop.
This position will involve travelling around industrial and water sites in the London area and overtime will be paid for your full day and travelling time.
A company vehicle is supplied and there is also the opportunity to go on call out which is paid at generous rates.
Normal hours are 8am - 4.30pm with Friday 8am - 3.30pm anytime over will be paid at overtime rates.
This is a long term contract or permanent position with regular overtime
