The company
This Design Manager's role is with one of the UK's most prestigious residential main contractors. They have built many of the countries high profile and major residential projects and are currently experiencing a surge in workload. Their current project portfolio includes major new build mixed use schemes with values from GBP10 - 100million.
The Person
As a Design Manager you will be responsible for co-ordinating the design elements and interfaces of all aspects of a project ensuring the quality of the design and monitoring the delivery of the project. Your role will initially be delivery orientated but will develop to include pre-construction/bid work. We are looking for someone with either an architectural, engineering or construction background and it is essential that you have recently worked for a main contractor. Initially you will be based on GBP25 new build residential scheme in Herts.
