Who we are looking:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised office manager to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who is able to efficiently manage and give strategic oversight to the everyday functions of the business. The role will require a close working partnership with the managing director to represent his views, action his plans and obtain his goals by working with key stakeholders.
The role will involve a wide range of skills including strategic thinking, process improvement, project management, human resource management, facilities management and health and safety.
A successful candidate must be able to provide examples of the following competencies

Delivering at pace
Partnering and collaborating
Changing and improving
Qualifications, experience and skills
A desirable candidate should hold a degree or HND in one of the following disciplines:
Business administration
Business management
Human resource management
Management
A degree in any other applicable area
Candidates will also require at least two years' experience in the Print/Graphics/Signage/Large Format industry.
All candidates should be expected to demonstrate experience in management of a team as well as any transferable skills they feel would make them a prime candidate.
Strong maths and english skills are expected as well an intermediate understanding of packages including MS Office/ Google Cloud Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with all teams to ensure they are resourced to complete their jobs
Work in close partnership with Managing director to facilitate internal projects
Manage central shopping list/ procurement process
Liaise with bookkeeper weekly regarding weekly expenditure
Process improvement
Run weekly team meeting
HR Management
Facilities and asset management
Monitor, update and implement health and safety policies
Monitor and ensure legal compliance
Liaise with company solicitor

They collaborate with their clients to create graphics that improve the look and feel of their spaces by using self-adhesive vinyls, wallpaper and rigid substrates as well as other sign making medias.
