The Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Co-ordinator with the following:
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commercial awareness of proposals and the ability to work under own initiative and within tight deadlines.
• Management and co-ordination of the external consultant team through all stages of Planning through Commercial, Production, Sales and Adoptions.
• Assist in obtaining necessary Building Regulation Technical Approvals and advising all internal Teams of updates and progress.
• Working for a residential developer or main contractor
• Experience of working on low/mid-rise residential developments
