A leading Housing Developer based in Taunton has an urgent requirement for an Architectural Technician to join them on a short term contract. This practice has a lot of work on at the minute on the residential and housing developer front and they are looking for someone with solid AutoCAD and Residential knowledge.
This is a short term contract, around 35-40 hours a week and will last for 3-6 months.
Previous experience on building regulations/planning stage is essential and any previous experience with AutoCAD would be advantageous. An immediate start is available for the right Architectural Technician.
Hourly Rate: GBP15-GBP25 per hour
Hours Per Week: 30-40 hours
Location: 5 miles outside Taunton
