Senior Site Manager - Bath
A highly successful regional building contractor with offices across the Midlands and South are looking to procure a Senior Site Manager for their thriving Bristol business. As a business, they operate across the retail, residential, commercial, education & health sectors, with projects typically ranging in value from GBP5m - GBP30m. They have an extremely healthy pipeline of work for 2017 & 2018 already secured, so there is plenty of opportunity to progress within.
The Senior Site Manager position will have the main responsibility for acting a number 2 on a flagship site - a large scale new build residential scheme in Bath.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 10 years experience as a Site Manager, preferable for a Top 10 Main Contractor
* Degree Qualified Preferred (Construction Related)
* Experience in managing large value projects from GBP10m +
* Residential Experience Preferred
This role would suit an individual looking to associate themselves with an already well established main contractor but also who appreciates the autonomy and challenge of being in a stand alone position
