About the role
As a sales executive you will be an integral part of the commercial team who are responsible for presenting their unique product range to consumers who have expressed an interest in protecting their future health. Principally you will be offering their services and be central to an outstanding customer experience.

The role will be 60% office based at Stockley Park, a large business park located between Hayes and West Drayton in the London Borough of Hillingdon. The remaining time will be spent visiting hospitals within the M25 to promote their services to clinicians & patients.

Your duties & responsibilities include:
- Responding & managing all inbound enquiries relating to our public (donation) & private stem cell banking services as well as our newly launched health test products. You will confidently consult & engage with all leads ensuring that they have been provided with relevant information in order to make an informed decision
- Utilising Salesforce (a CRM system) to ensure that all leads are entered accurately & followed up in a timely and appropriate fashion by phone and email
- Complying with all regulatory requirements & keeping up to date with stem cell banking advancements
- Converting leads & processing sales in order to achieve quarterly targets
- Effectively working with other departments such as marketing, finance & operations
- Handling contracts and sensitive customer information in a professional & compliant manner
- Attend national exhibitions throughout the year to present & showcase our services to the public
- Visit London hospitals 2-3 days a week to endorse our services to staff & patients

About you

This is no ordinary sales role. Our product offering is unique and exciting. It is important that you are also able to convey this passion & be an ambassador for our brand. Excellent communication skills & a conscientious nature are a must. You will be happy & confident speaking to customers everyday advocating the benefits of our products.

You will have commercial/customer facing experience but a scientific background is not essential.

About the package

- Full time permanent position (Monday-Friday)
- Occasional travel & weekend work would be required
- Life insurance, pension, free parking & a unique healthcare package
- GBP21,000 per annum + up to GBP2,000 bonus payable on achievement of targets
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays
