This nationwide provider of face to face and online training within children services is looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant.
They work nationwide delivering exceptional training to organisations / learners to whom work directly with children.
Due to recent expansion and growth they are looking for someone with a big personality to join their Manchester team. You will be in charge of recruitment and retention of trainers.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:-
- The ability to build relationships with all levels of people.
- Organised.
- Strong personality.
- Work smart and efficient.
- Networking.
- Compliance & vetting.
- Social Media & Linked-In.
- Computer literate.
The perfect candidate is someone who is strong and friendly with the ability to analyse what booking requirements we have as a company and map out area where we have trainer shortfalls but also what trainers to target to get the required bookings covered in the shortest timescales.
The position carries a lot of responsibilities in regards to the decisions required to be made upon allocating recruited trainers to their clients bookings. The role requires someone who can follow a set process and is comfortable making important decisions.
The role is very rewarding and attracts various commissions based on performance.
The role is Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm with 28 days holidays.
