Position: Sales Administrator - Trainee position
Location: Maghaberry, Ireland
Salary: GBP16 - GBP18k depending on experience (plus monthly bonus depending upon performance) and pension after qualifying period.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Sales Administrator to join their successful internal sales team.
You will be given the training necessary to carry out your role, including mentoring by a strong, established sales team. Your first 2 weeks will be an induction introducing you to all areas of the business and following that, you will spend your first 6 months learning the sales process and assisting the sales team processing orders, talking to customers promoting their products and services and seeing all of your administration through to completion.
This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment.
They are also keen for the successful candidate to take responsibility for marketing of the business, utilising Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be honest, eager to lean with a strong can do attitude and possess a bright personality.
You should be organised and methodical in your approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in sales, combined with a strong interest in marketing, ideally.
It would also be advantageous to have knowledge of technical drawings but this is not essential.
A good level of Maths and English is essential and you must also live within a commutable distance of Maghaberry. Please note that they are not situated on a main bus route so please do check the distance from their office and ease of traveling if you do not own a car.
Ideally you will possess a full Driving Licence as there will be an opportunity to visit customers following your training period.
