Commercial Account Handler

Tempus Talent Source is representing an Insurance Broker business based in Northampton. Our client is looking to employ Commercial Account Handler with previous experience in commercial insurance.

Customer satisfaction is a key in this role. Our Client is looking for strong relationship builder, who can build the technical knowledge to aid the retention of customers.

Daily tasks:

• You will ensure that all instructions and requirements are handled promptly and accurately and maintaining communication and understanding through accurate reports and reviews.
• You will provide a full administration service for commercial clients, including renewals.
• You may also assist on larger cases, including visits to clients, supporting your Account Executive, as you widen your experience.

Experience:

• You must have experience in similar role, maybe working for a small broker or one of the larger brokers.
• You may be working for a general insurer with technical knowledge.
• You must have experience of quality risk submissions achieving best terms for clients with insurance markets.
• You must have Proven account handling expertise.
• Excellent understanding of commercial insurance products.
• You have to have strong organisationl skills- ensuring company procedures are followed.
• You must have excellent presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Cert CII or above- preferred but not essential.
