Concierge/Intensive Housing Management Worker

To undertake housing related tasks during the hours the Resource Manager and Community Support Worker staff are off duty in order to provide an efficient response service to emergencies within the building and to ensure the security of residents.

To provide effective liaison with internal departments and outside agencies involved in the provision of MioCare Services

To ensure that personal or telephone callers are treated appropriately.

To provide administrative liaison with the Manager, staff and other agencies and ensures verbal and written communications are carried out in an effective and timely manner.
