We are currently recruiting experienced healthcare assistants to work within a nursing home on the outskirts of Glastonbury, specialising in dementia and palliative care. Working alongside qualified nurses and experienced healthcare assistants, you will be expected to work in a person-centred manner to promote service users' privacy, dignity and independence in accordance to their individual care/support plans.
This position provides flexible working hours to suit you and offers ongoing training and support to enable you to further your career.

Requirements
- Minimum of 9 months within the health and social care
- Follow direction and support the daily activities of our residents in a person-centred manner
- Promote independence and well-being
- To be able to use your own initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with all aspects of personal care and manual handling
