Pre-sessional Lecturer- Highbury College

Duration: Fixed-term contract starting in 26th June 2017 until the end of August
Hours: Full-time (35 hours)
Location: City of Portsmouth Centre
Salary: up to GBP27,864

Highbury College requires a full-time Pre-sessional Lecturer to join the EFL (English as a Foreign Language) team on a fixed term basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To teach on pre-sessional programmes, providing high quality learning opportunities that meet the needs of the individual students and groups
• To closely plan, track and record student attendance, achievement and success
• To provide academic and pastoral support for the group of students

A DELTA Diploma or Masters in a related subject is required for this role.
You will be working within a friendly and passionate team who are specialist experts and who enjoy passing their skills and knowledge onto our students. You will be working for a Grade 1 outstanding College which has over 50 years of teaching and learning experience.
