Ways into Work are excited to be working in partnership with West Berkshire Council to support young people with a disability into employment.  We are currently looking to recruit two new team members to help us deliver this project.

Are you passionate about enabling people to fulfil their potential and meet their goals?  Do you have the ability to build relationships with young people and employers or all kinds?  If so you could be just who we are looking for! 

In this role you will be supporting young people who have a range of disabilities helping them to gain the skills and experience they need to secure and maintain paid employment.  You will also be working with employers to implement creative recruitment opportunities.  You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to flexibly meet the needs of the young people and employers we support.

Employment Coach - £17,150 - £18,990 FTE 1 year fixed term, 15 hours a week based in Reading and working across West Berkshire.

Senior Employment Advisor - £21,100 - £25,000 FTE 1 year fixed term, 37 hours a week based in Reading and working across West Berkshire
