Infrastructure delivery experience is essential along with being able to demonstrate experience of deploying wide scale change to circa of 2500 users. Experience of Xenapp, Virtual and Desktop computing environments is desirable. The successful candidate must be capable of 'hitting the ground running' with minimal supervision and work effectively under pressure.

The Project:

* Telephony Platform Upgrade Across 3 UK Sites (Corporate & Contact Centre), circa 2500 users
* Call Recording, Quality Management, Workforce Management Platform Upgrade/Introduction
* End User Compute Platform Upgrade

Experience:

* At least 5 years Project Management experience ideally in a regulated industry, preferably financial services
* Project Management certification e.g. Prince 2/PMP
* Good understanding of enterprise telephony architecture including ACD, IVR, CTI Integration, PCI compliance, voicemail, call recording, VoIP, work force management etc
* Proven risk, issue & dependency management
* Effective management of multiple suppliers
* Full project management tool-set including MSP, MS Office, ITSM (desirable)
* Adept and experienced at working as part of a team delivering large scale technical/business implementations
* Strong organisation skills
* Clear and professional communication skills at all levels

Responsibilities:

* Co ordinate & deliver pre migration activities tasks for example but not limited to:
* Installation of additional desk power
* Installation of circa 1,000 phones
* Removal of circa 1,000 legacy phones
* Gateway Firmware upgrades
* Phones firmware upgrades
* Cleanup tasks (current user/contact centre configurations with Local IT/the business)
* Network requirements (DHCP, IP addressing, QOS, VLAN, network bandwidth increase)
* Raising or assisting with all change requests in relation to the project
* Co-ordinate & ensure the supplier training course delivery in a timely manner
* Resources, attendees, venues etc
* Assist the Lead Project Manager with:
* Resource planning (IT & Business) including holiday management/visibility
* Capturing and follow up of actions/tasks
* Set up of meetings/conference calls
* Documentation/communication to end users
* Maintenance of financial reporting and liaising with PMO for raising/approval of PO's & tracking/confirming deliverables and milestone payments
* Assisting the Delivery team with pre migration and migration cut over tasks
* Manage and maintain risks, issues, decisions, change control, registers
* Manage and maintain the projects document repositories
