£16k per annum
20 days annual leave + bank holidays per annum.

For 24 years our client has been providing innovative solutions to Private Hospitals, Care Homes, Therapists and Private Individuals. They offer a range of beds, mattresses, furniture, hygiene products and postural management solutions for adults and children who may require a little extra assistance.

Due to an ambitious 5 year growth plan they now have an exciting opportunity for you to join the internal sales team. This role will be based in their Plympton office, but you will be required to undertake limited travel to national exhibitions.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday.

What will be expected of you:

• Proactively find opportunities within your designated geographical territory, this will include calling individuals and companies from a database as well as finding new contacts.
• Nurture your key accounts and be a central point of contact for their enquiries.
• Be able to detail the benefits and features of our products and tailor this message to different individuals.
• Compile quotations and process orders.
• Put together detailed proposals with the help of other members of the sales team.

You must have:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with ease over the telephone.
• The ability to communicate benefits and features.
• Be able to use computer packages, such as Word and Excel. We also use SAGE and a bespoke CRM system (we can provide training on this)
• Quick to learn and be able to work in a product environment

Not essential but beneficial:

• Working in a similar Healthcare organisation where you understand Social Services, Care Homes and Private Hospitals.
• Previous Sales experience
