Our Somerset property is one of the most romantic in England. With a two rosetted restaurant, 28 individually designed rooms, a significant wedding business and exclusive use signings the hotel is a key player in the area. Poised to develop a health club and further grow the spa business, there is an opportunity for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the team.

The business demands a Chef who is as comfortable delivering accessible real food alongside a more sophisticated offering, and quality event catering.
Sous Chef: 45 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties:
You should be able to lead the brigade unsupervised, setting an excellent standard in both food and kitchen hygiene practices. Compliance should come as second nature alongside good planning and kitchen management skills. Our hotel business is growing, standards are on the rise and opportunities to flourish exist across the group.
