Our Client, who are a Major Infrastructure & multi-disciplined solutions market leader are currently looking for a Document Controller on a temp to perm basis to ensure highly effective management of incoming and outgoing information from the Documentation Team.

The main objective for this role is to maintain professional and defined lines of communication with Clients, sub-contractors and facilitate the delivery of Project targets. The ideal candidate would have industry related experience.

You will be responsible for:

Managing large volumes of incoming and outgoing data in line with the company standards.
Maintenance of databases and records.
Maintaining suitable document control procedures and standards.
Liaising with Project Engineers/Managers and Clients.
Formatting reports and spreadsheets (in both Microsoft Word & Excel)
Producing and collating PDFs (in Adobe)
Leadership within the team in relation to document control issues
Using Network Rails eB system to source records.
Team organiser tasks: including booking train tickets, parking and car hire.
Producing templates and maintain to the company standards.
Any other responsibilities as is reasonable
The Ideal Candidate would:

Have experience of providing administration support to a team.
Hold strong knowledge of safety standards.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Co-ordinate information with other disciplines to achieve optimum design solutions.
Motivated team player who works well under pressure.
Pro-active solution orientated approach.
