Customer service is a priority at Bearing Source. The internal sales role is essential in supplying our customers with an efficient and highly competitive service with every order. We supply customers, nationwide from our Liverpool head office with a range of industrial engineering consumables such as bearings, belt & chain drives, oil seals on a time-critical, 24 hour, 365-day basis.
Role Responsibilities:Receiving & processing enquiries from new & existing clients.
Preparing quotes, invoices & purchase orders quickly and efficiently.
Stock management and administration
Preparation and organisation of outgoing deliveries.
Reporting to the Managing Director
Our customers can be demanding and we need to respond accordingly, arranging same day deliveries, site visits and round the clock assistance, we’re looking for someone with experience of Customer service, preferably with an industrial engineering/MRO (Maintenance Repair & Operations) background, ideally with experience of bearings, seals and power transmission components.
Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with our client base.
Microsoft Office and accounting software
The ability to work independently to strict deadlines
A clean driving licence is preferred
