Excellent Opportunity for an experienced RECEPTION Supervisor to join this beautiful 4* Hotel and Spa.
My client operate a collection of first-class 4 star hotels in key locations across the UK. Renowned for their attention to detail, each hotel has an individual character and style, but all six are united in their relaxed yet professional approach to service and hospitality. In addition to stylish guest rooms and suites, the hotels offer contemporary meeting facilities, an extensive spa with treatments and fantastic dining options.
My client is looking for a Reception Supervisor or Team Leader with a great personality within their Cheshire property. Reporting into the Reception Manager you will be responsible for the management of reception and reservations within this busy hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Management of the front office team alongside the Reception Manager and Reservations Manager
- Ensuring levels of customer service and operational standards set out by the hotel company are delivered to a high standard to aid guest satisfaction and repeat custom
- To ensure clear communication between reservations and reception and reception to housekeeping and all other hotel departments
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure all staff are trained and developed to brand standard
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, comfortable dealing with people across all levels of the business up to and including director level. An accomplished hotel reception manager or senior hotel receptionist, you will be used to setting and achieving a range of KPI’s and will lead, motivate and inspire your team to achieve the highest possible standards of customer service.
You will currently be a Reception Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Reception Manager or similar HOD leader. You will need to be competent and preferable an experienced OPERA user/manager.
