Telehouse has an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Administrator (Finance) to join the team based in London. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary plus excellent benefits and a car allowance.

Key duties of our Purchase Ledger Administrator will include

- Process purchase invoices and Company expenses

- Day to day management of e-procurement solution

- Maintain a detailed analysis of purchase ledger inputs

- Assist with fixed asset ledger management

- Prepare and analyse ad-hoc financial reports

- Visa expense claims and petty cash claims reconciliation and management

- Monthly supplier statements reconciliation, ensuring statements are received from all active suppliers monthly and before payment is issued

- Reconciliation of bank accounts (sterling and currency) on a monthly basis

- Prepare the monthly supplier payment run

- Prepare and process bank/cheque  payments

- Archive all paper files within area of responsibility

What we’re looking for in our Purchase Ledger Administrator

- Prior experience in similar role

- Solid grounding in basic accounting knowledge and skills

- Educated to GCSE level – including English and Maths

- IT literate – strong working knowledge of Word and Excel

- Sun Accounts (Desirable)
