Estimator - Building Services
Estimator (Building Services) - GBP25k to GBP27K basic - Birmingham
Knight Technical are working with a National Facilities Management / Building Services Company who are looking for an Estimator to join their team based in the Birmingham area.
The Role;
As an Estimator you will be required to interpret customer requirements, formulate estimates and quotes and once the estimates / quotes for works have been submitted to the client you will then have the confidence to follow up with clients to secure the work.
The Person;
To be suitable for the role of Estimator you will ideally have;
Experience in producing, writing and submitting Estimates / Quotes.
Be fully conversant with the Facilities Management / Building Services sector
Have Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Be able to prioritize and manage work load
Be able to produce estimates accurately and to tight deadlines
Undertake risk analysis and identify key risk and opportunity
Experience, Knowledge and Skills;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be aware and understand safe working practice
Be able to work independently or as part of a team
Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise work
Ideally previous experience of working as a Fabric Engineer or Estimator
Must be able to give a high level of customer service
