Salary: c. GBP50-60k, including up to 30% bonus, family medical cover, Car allowance

HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service Client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join the HR production team and become a vital part of its success in driving the HR strategy through a regional network of sites.

You will be a motivational and passionate true HR business partner that is eager to inspire change as well as be involved with unions.

Reporting Operational Human Resources Director this role will be responsible for change and be critical in delivering the human resources operations and working plans to achieve the next level of performance, transformation and Continuous improvement.

This role is a major component within the UK Operations Team and you will have proven track record in working autonomously and self sufficiently as a Business Partner delivering on human resources strategies, primary lead on intricate organisational changes, supervise and direct comprehensive employee relations cases up to and including dismissal and tribunal. Be responsible for redundancies and union negotiations as well as mergers and transitions and change management for HR Operations team.

Our client requires the successful candidate to therefore have experience in the following
•Leading HR Strategies and delivering HR Business Partner service to an operations team
•Working with operations and multi site leadership teams;
•Leading complex ER e.g. D&G, managing absence, performance management
•Trade union negotiations;
•Instructing business operations managers on site for all HR related issues;
•Responsible on change projects e.g. acquisitions, mergers, reorganisation, TUPE, redundancy
•HR strategy for a business and various sites
•Using the HR dashboard to shape and drive local action plans within the People
•CIPD qualified Member or equivalent
•Successful background as HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR consultant, HR Advisor, ER Manager, ER advisor, working within an ever changing fast paced environment
•Change projects/ management experience e.g. T.U.P.E./restructuring, redundancy and TUPE
•Experience working within a commercial acumen ideally multi site
•Team leader skills and ability to manage remotely
•Continuous improvement experience
