A Operations Manager to join a rapidly expanding automotive company in Stoke on Trent.
You will be part of a Family run, national organization that has been established for over 50 years and a well-known name in new and used car and commercial vehicle sales. You will be an operational part of the growing organization where you will be working closely with customers and suppliers to provide the best service.
As a Operations Manager you will be accountable for the daily set up and operations of the Stoke on Trent depot. You will be responsible for overseeing the PDI technicians in the Service centre, Valeters, Transport planning and Drivers and ensuring that all operations run as smooth and as fast as possible with keeping in line with the quality of Service that is expected.
You will have experience of managing technicians in a Service Centre and you will have a background in Transport and Distribution management. You will be self motivated and driven, with a hunger to grow and develop as the business carries on with the expansion of sales within the business.
You will get rewarded with a basic Salary cGBP35,000 with a healthy uncapped bonus scheme on top, there are also other company benefits included and you will have a realistic chance of over exceeding GBP50,000 pa.
