Are you an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Divisional Manager within the construction sector and seeking a new opportunity? We are delighted to be working on behalf of this very successful and engaging independent recruiter who are looking for an experienced Team Leader/Divisional Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant to develop and drive my clients construction division forwards.
Job Description for the Team Leader/Divisional Manager
>Drive and develop their construction Division forwards to its full potential
> Ability to identify, win and retain business by providing exceptional customer service
> Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
> Provide a professional 360 recruitment service and building your division to a level to be able to grow and expand your team
As well as managing and leading a team of consultants
Person Specification
> Previous experience and strong knowledge of the construction sector and be a biling Manager
> Hunger to succeed with a strong work ethic
> Ability to develop and grow relationships
> Able to communicate effectively at all levels
> Show attention to detail
> Sales orientated
Must have excellent man management skills to lead and develop a team of recruitment consultants.
The company offers a very generous commission structure on top of a good basic salary of up to 36K basic DOE
