Recruitment Multi-Site Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing corporate team within Bristol as a Recruitment Multi-Site Manager, working with one of our largest clients to meet all of their recruitment and supply needs. This role is busy, diverse and challenging as you will be involved in streamlining processes and ensuring that all recruitment requirements are met. It is all about service and delivery and there is NO SALES!
The successful candidate will be based on site with the Client in an open plan, vibrant and modern office environment. They will be working on their own initiative and managing the temporary workforce and all the client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising and recruiting temporary staff for short and long term positions
- Co-ordination of the internal recruitment team
- Maintaining a pipeline of experienced candidates
- Conducting group assessments and preparing applicants for their interviews
- Compiling all new starter paperwork; checking their right to work in the UK and client specific compliance
Key Qualities: this role would suit someone who;
- has previous recruitment experience (essential)
- has experience of developing, building and maintaining relations with key stakeholders
- has the organisational skills to effectively multi-task
- has the ability to maintain professionalism during busy and stressful situations
- has experience of working in a fast paced environment
- has an understanding of how to maximise time management and work proactively, to ensure the best results
Job Specifics:
GBP20,000 - GBP22,500 + Bonus (dependant on experience)
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (core hours) **subject to flexibility during peak recruitment
Mobile Phone and Laptop will be provided
