Our client is a supply chain consolidator who focus on the product & service cost savings for all clients. They are one of the UK largest B2B providers of business services.

Due to rapid expansion and to meet their plans for growth, they are looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager who's purpose will be to win new sales clients through telesales activity and to improve profitability within their existing customer base. This is a full-time position and will pay GBP18,000 with a potential commission of GBP4,000 per annum. This role would be ideal for a candidate who is eager to pursue a career in Sales, is hardworking and driven by exceeding targets.

Main Responsibilities for the role:

Build new business opportunities with new clients and potential clients and pipeline management
Develop sales & profit opportunities within client base
Customer liaison relationship building calls
Use Gap analysis tools for recognising opportunities and objectives
Engage in new account implementations.
Employ objective planning for sales calls.
Develop sales and profit opportunities within new client database
Appointment setting for larger opportunities.
Report weekly to the Director of Sales Middle Market on all activities.
Assist with any additional or ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements for the role:

Ability to speedily acquire a working knowledge of the Company culture, philosophy practices and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong team player.
