When you join Warburtons as a Team Manager in our Warehouse, you're not just walking into an ordinary Shift Manager role, our Warehouse Management has a unique remit! You'll be a first line manager within a values-led business, you'll be responsible for developing people, building relationships and supporting them to get the job done; we're don't want you to be a process manager or a stock inventory expert, but what we do need you to be is a people manager.

Key Ingredients
**4 days on, 4 days off**
**6am-6pm DAY SHIFT**
This role is based in our state of the art Bakery in Enfield and reports directly into the Warehouse Manager, it's a huge role within the business covering both areas of fleet and warehousing and a great opportunity for the right person. Every day our site picks to zero, it's a unique environment.
- So we need you to be amazing too, you'll have experience and examples of leading and developing great people previously
- Health & Safety and Quality on site is really important to us, you'll have experience in managing policies and procedures in a site or manufacturing environment
- We want you to show us how you'd lead, how you'd develop your team - we did say this wasn't just any old Warehouse role didn't we?
- You will love working and improving team performance, identifying individual talent and working with them to achieve their ambition
- You'll be able to manage shift planning of up to 50 people across fleet & warehouse
- All of this and keeping an eye on site production and deliveries coming in from our different sites across the UK making sure the orders are on-time and the trunking departures turnaround quickly
- We've got everything in place to support you and for you in turn to support your team
- Managing Absence, returners to work, performance improvement and making sure your team are engaged and included so that they can take accountability for their work, working with HR to make your people the best they can be
