We are a leading well-established online Retailer based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Due to continued growth we are looking to hire a skilled eCommerce Manager to manage our online store and fast-growing Amazon Marketplace operation as we look to increase “marketplace” turnover from current £3m to £6m in next two years.

This role involves tasks to plan, Implement & maintain the company website & our Amazon Marketplace store with product offering, including adding and editing product information, images, pricing and promotions, designing in relation to these activities, updating banners and other content in design terms to reflect new promotions and offers.

This role also involves managing a small team to who look after our websites, Amazon Marketplace and marketing functions and activities including Google Adwords, Affiliate marketing, PPC, Social media and Blog maintenance

Salary will range between £30,000 to £40,000 based on experience and track record. Benefits package will include 28 day Statutory & additional holiday, Stake Holder Pension Scheme, Discount Scheme and Home Working flexibility.

About You:

+ Previous eCom management & marketing experience
+ Ideally Amazon Marketplace experience
+ Team Leadership experience or capability
+ Setting, implementing and ongoing analyst of digital marketing strategy (PPC, Affiliate SEO, Social, Content)
+ Confident user of Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator & eCom CMS (Magento)
+ Impeccable written and spoken English ability
