Technical Sales Engineer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Engineer to join a leading business based in central Wiltshire.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for supporting the Sales of full company product suites, working across sectors in the development of new business opportunities and account management
- To promote company and catalogue sales throughout various locations, including liaising with customers, clients, agents and suppliers
- Liaise across the business to update on regions and progress quotes and orders
Knowledge and Experience:
- Degree qualified, beneficial if in Engineering/Technical
- 3-4 Years Sales experience
- Proven Sales and Technical background/previous experience
- Understanding of contract order negotiation
- Understanding of cable manufacture or electronics
- Understanding of ISO9001/14001
- Self-motivated and highly personable
- Confident in communicating at all levels, internally and externally
- Methodical approach and attention to detail
Role Accountabilities:
- Maintain daily contact with customers and agents
- Prepare and present sales forecasts to senior management
- Contract order and negotiation
- Tender preparations
- Understanding of the market and sales strategies
- Monitor and communicate account payment performance and assist in the resolution of issues
- Close business/orders/sales for product solutions
