Door Installer

The Company: We are an established sector leading business, installing garage and exterior doors.

The Opportunity: We are looking for a reliable Door Installer to join our friendly team. Previous joinery/site experience possibly in the joinery or construction trade. A suitable joinery qualification is essential. The position is for full-time employment, Monday-Friday, remuneration based on experience.

Job Description: Job details will include but are not limited to fitting all types of doors, garage doors and luxury entrance doors.

Job Requirements: Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude are necessary to fit in with our team.
Strong organisation skills - Attention to detail; Cleanliness; Well organised; you need to be able to maintain an efficient high standard of install.
Initiative – Looking for a fast learner with a desire to advance, able to work alone or in a small team.
Attitude – Maintain a positive attitude, show professionalism, teamwork: Responsibility - Consistent, punctuality, accountability . Physically fit - Heavy lifting is part of the job. Site survey capability - perform basic mathematical calculations. Read and understand metric numbers.
Driving Licence – Clean, held for five years.
Safety Awareness – Follow all company and site safety guidelines as required.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Previous experience of joinery in timber or associated environment.
Experience of a domestic site install, ideal but not required; Forklift experience an advantage.
