Our client is a firm of well-established and trusted solicitors in Enfield who have specialists in many areas of law. They are committed to providing a caring and professional service to all clients.
They are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join their busy and friendly Conveyancing and Private Client Department.
Position Summary
As Legal Secretary, your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing full secretarial and conveyancing assistance to a solicitor
• Arranging appointments and meetings
• Telephone contact with clients and outside agencies
• Diary management
• Database work
About you
The successful candidate will have the relevant skills and experience to undertake the role including:
• A good level of previous conveyancing and/or private client work experience at secretarial level
• Excellent typing ability
• Computer literate
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Suitable skills/experience: Conveyancing Administration Assistant, Paralegal, Conveyancing Paralegal, Assistant Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, Legal Assistant
