The Administrator role will include a variety of responsibilities, including:

- Responding and acting on client queries.

- Processing of reports / issuing of certificates.

- Ensuring that all documents issued to clients are accurate and of the highest quality.

- Maintaining and updating key databases.

- Providing daily/weekly updates of information to Managers and the team.

- Providing additional administrative assistance to other scheme administrators as required.
