Salary Negotiable Dependant on Experience
My client, a leading construction management consultancy, are looking for an experience Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
This is an immediate requirement, my client are looking for a candidate with a broad skill set, with working knowledge of JCT and NEC. Candidates who are looking to eventually move into a permanent poisition with the company will be viewed favourably.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Preparing Tender and Contract documents
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Risk Management and Cost Control
- Sub Contractor Work Allocation
- Preparing Accurate Progress Reports
- Completed Work Valuations and Payments
Key Experience and Requirements:
- Over 5 Years Quantity Surveying Experience.
- Consultancy Experience.
- Degree qualified (or moving towards professional membership) is preferable.
- Civils experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication/ Team work capability.
- Computer literacy will also be essential.
