Adams Consulting Engineers are a well-established and trusted organisation with a reputation for delivering excellent multi-disciplinary services in; Civil and Structural Engineering, Conservation, Building Surveys, our clients include; National Trust, Network Rail, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Trusts and Private Clients.
Due to our continued success we are currently seeking one full-time experienced Structural Engineer and one Building Surveyor (with a minimum 3 years post-graduation experience), to join our friendly team in Mold, North Wales.
We are looking for suitable candidates to get involved with a range of projects covering; Commercial, Health and Education, Industrial, Residential, and Conservation. Such projects provide an excellent opportunity to gain further CPD experience for any Post Graduate working towards becoming Chartered. Opportunities for future progression through the company are available to the right candidates.
The successful engineer will be involved in a varied workload including; surveys, site inspections, scheme design in steel, masonry, timber and concrete.
The successful building surveyor will be involved in surveys of buildings of various types of construction and ages, contract management, preparation of maintenance and repair reports on various building types.
The ideal candidates will; be able to work independently or as part of a team, have good communication skills, and a Full UK Driving Licence.
