Our client operates across a number of engineering disciplines with a trading history of over 10 years. They are now looking for a junior recruiter who has a passion for candidate attraction to join a highly successful pharmaceutical division.
The role:
Your focus will be on generating new candidates through utilising a variety of different attraction methods. As a department the team focuses on placing:
- Engineering
- Quality and validation
- Manufacturing
- R&D / Laboratory
- Senior and middle management
Your role will involve sourcing suitable candidates and working closely with the team of senior recruiters to provide first class resourcing support
The person:
- You may already have up to 6 months recruitment experience or be setting out on your first step in the recruitment world
- Ideally a graduate with an interest in the Pharma market or a relevant degree would be an advantage
- Experience of working in an office in either a customer service telephone based or sales based role would be preferred over retail
- A strong communicator
- Someone who is driven by goals and individual targets
