A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join a market leader in the medical equipment manufacturing and service industry. Based in Old Trafford, Manchester, working on a full-time basis, you will earn a salary of £28,000 per annum, plus company benefits.
The company is a Successful & well established major manufacturer, supplier and service of Medical Equipment to UK Hospitals, Ambulance Services and Export to over 60 countries Reporting into the Group Managing Director, your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Additional Information: Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 3:45pm
The company is a Successful & well established major manufacturer, supplier and service of Medical Equipment to UK Hospitals, Ambulance Services and Export to over 60 countries Reporting into the Group Managing Director, your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
- Negotiating pricing and contracts with commercial awareness
- Ensuring Purchase Orders are tidy to enable quick payment of Invoices.
- Liaising with Store/Production to ensure any shortages are resolved in a timely fashion.
- Liaising with Inspection to help resolve any quality issues or short deliveries.
- Responsibility for Vendor Rating
- Used to a fast-moving service desk.
- Must have previous experience in handling service customers
- Must have computer experience creating sales orders & databases (preferably on Sage 200)
- Conversant with MS Office programs.
- Good telephone manner and communication skills.
- Team player.
- Must be able to read, write and speak good English.
