Lifeguard

This is a fun and rewarding position for an enthusiastic individual keen to progress in the Leisure industry.  We can provide you with the opportunity to take your first steps in to the exciting world of leisure at a quality awarded Centre.

A current National Pool Lifeguard qualification is essential for this post, however training may be considered for any applicants who can pass the standard swim test.

Based at Tonbridge Swimming Pool in Kent, working on a shift basis to include evenings and weekends, you will need to ensure the safety, security and cleanliness of the sports areas at all times.

You will be customer focused and able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users.  You may also be required to provide coaching and teaching services to customers.

Casual and part-time hours are also available for those already holding a current NPLQ and wanting more flexible hours. Hourly rate up to £7.20 plus holiday.
