Job Title: Assistant Transport Planner
Salary: GBP22,500 - GBP27,500
Office: Sheffield
Penguin Recruitment is operating on behalf of a multidisciplinary consultancy, who have an opportunity available for an Assistant Transport Planner to contribute toward an increasingly busy project workflow. The successful applicant will work on a range of development planning and traffic management projects across the North, learning from some highly skilled professionals.
Job Specification:
* Degree level education, MSc preferred;
* Strong report writing skills;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Familiarity with Arcady, Picady, Trics & AutoCAD;
* Experience of working within private sector transport planning;
The successful applicant will benefit from working within a busy transportation team, with a variety of developments ongoing at any given time. The Assistant Transport Planner will gain valuable exposure to the entire project completion process, on their way to progressing on to consultant level and beyond.
As a key member of a growing team, there will be significant opportunities to continue taking on further responsibility and strive toward internal promotions.
