Finance Business Partner - Europe

My client a global leader within their field currently seek a senior, commercial Finance professional to provide finance support to the sales and marketing functions across their European business. You will be the finance business partner to these areas driving business growth from the front: Key areas of responsibility will include: Manage the sales forecast for all regions working closely with the sales leads.Provide finance KPI's on a weekly and monthly basis.Consolidate daily sales information providing updates and analysis on this information.Using the CRM system provide strong business analytics to drive sales.Provide support for new business tenders including advising on pricing strategies.Formulate pricing advice to help maintain margins, ensure price improvement is coordinated across all teams and measure the impact of price actions on a monthly basis.Ongoing analysis of the sales and marketing functions advising including bonus schemes, commission structures and ROI of marketing campaigns.Provide commercial insight to the senior management team to aid business decision making. This a truly commercial finance role where you will be instrumental to sales growth. Successful candidates will be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified with experience gained in a complex, international business.
