A rapidly expanding e-cig company are currently looking to recruit an experienced shop re-fit project manager to take ownership of their rapid retail expansion plans.
Due to their continued growth they now need someone who has been there and done it to take charge of the retail shop-fits as they continue to grow their retail estate nationwide.
It is vital to have previous experience of Retail, Leisure and/or Fast Track Out fitting for this demanding role.
The ideal candidate will already possess:
- A minimum of 5 years re-fit/construction experience.
- Managing new shop openings/re-fit projects
- Experience of CAT A/B fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Contract Management/Contractor background.
- Managing and co-ordinating multiple projects
- Relevant industry qualifications.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with landlords, centre management, surveyors and franchise owners
- Managing subcontractors
- Create, manipulate and interpret drawing schedules and programmes of work
- On-site liaison and running progress/project meetings
- Procurement of materials
- Deliver company health & safety policy
Individual Requirements:
- Relevant qualification - City & Guild or equivalent
- +5 years' experience working within Retail sector
- CSCS card holder
- Asbestos management
- Skilled in Microsoft Project and Office packages
- Mobile and flexible to travel nationwide
