The Job Role
As the Legal Contracts Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for handling all legal aspects of the company including drafting of contractual documentation, liaising with solicitors and other third parties and ensuring all agreements have been completed to targeted time.
Role and Responsibilities;
Drafting contracts and agreements
Negotiating terms
Liaising with third parties
Liaising with customers regarding contracts
Liaison with test houses
Liaison with other departments such as finance
Candidate requirements;
Experience of contract drafting
Experience of negotiating terms
Confident liaising with third parties such as Solicitors
USA/China international experience
IP registration experience
Ideally will have law degree
Other requirements;
Full UK driving license
Able to travel internationally
