Strategic Account Partner (Scotland)
Competitive Salary + Bonus + Car Allowance
Interaction Recruitment are currently working with a Global supply chain partner and distributor of communication, security, electrical and electronic wire and cable products providing solutions and services to the OEM industrial market. They are looking to recruit an advancing Strategic Account Partner to fill this key role.
Summary:
The Strategic Account Partner will support by driving and leading the growth in sales across multiple sites throughout Scotland. The position will provide coordination of internal teams and continually look for adding value to the customer with innovation in product and process. They will drive value added propositions for the customer and ensure key business objectives are met through regular meetings with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
*
Engage and develop working relationships with internal teams to ensure clear alignment and understanding of requirements whilst providing a proactive value added service.
*
Lead in the development of strong relationships with customer key stakeholders across multiple sites/customers
*
Pipeline management for Growth/Grow Your Core
*
Maximise profit potential with customers
*
Tailor solutions to meet changing needs and requests to meet contractual targets
*
Attending key stakeholder meetings on a regular bases across multiple sites
*
Supporting projects team and driving growth sales
*
Customer Quarterly reviews
*
Vendor engagement across sites
*
Customer and company strategy/developments and maintain awareness of industry developments.
*
Protect current customer base and encourage growth by identifying areas and opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Experience:
*
Motivation, a self starter with excellent communication skills
*
The ability to strategically manage large complex accounts and develop
*
Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
*
Demonstrates experience in the management of customers and sales targets
*
Solutions Driven - Consultative selling
*
Experience of working within a fast pace environment
*
The ability to develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met.
*
Experience of working with corporate client groups.
*
