Managing Director – Digital Marketing - Equity Shareholding
Location – London
Salary - £70K - £110K (dependent upon experience) +bonus and benefits package

Managing Director – The client:
Our client is a well-established, reputable digital marketing agency based in London with a national presence. They have a fantastic, loyal client base which is continuing to grow steadily. They are now looking for a successful Managing Director to aid the future growth and oversee the design and delivery of an exciting business development strategy. Due to a desire to expand internationally, our US client is looking for a Managing Director to bring their established brand name to the UK and develop a market for it.
Managing Director – The role:
You will have complete backing from the Board of Directors and the ability to run with your own ideas. Working closely with the CEO and COO of the company, and with the full support of the team in the US, you will be taking the product to market in a new, untapped space with endless potential.
You will be responsible for building your own team beneath you as you see fit, strategically developing foundations in order to delivery against the go to market plan you have devised. To lead from the front you be experienced with digital marketing and someone who is knowledgeable and has utilised all digital channels including PPC, SEO, display, email marketing and social media within a B2B industry.
Managing Director – Key responsibilities:
- Design go-to-market strategy
- Develop and build UK pipeline
- Build and manage UK sales team
- UK P&L responsibility
Managing Director – Experience Required:
As Managing Director you will be a commercial yet creative professional with experience of working either client or consultancy side. You must have a proven track record in sales with knowledge of integrated digital marketing techniques. Experience within a similar role for a start-up or international business is desirable.
A proactive approach is a must to be able to build brand presence and continue to develop a loyal customer base over in the UK and make it a momentous success, of which you would benefit from with an equity shareholding.
Candidates with experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, SVP Sales, VP Sales, SVP Business Development, VP Business Development, Business Development Director, Sales Director, Channel Manager, Channel Partner, Digital Marketing Director are invited to apply, however candidates with other relevant experience will also be considered.
