About the opportunities

Joining our busy Sales and Renewals or Service departments, you’ll be the voice of AXA as you take calls from customers enquiring about their Motor & Home Insurance policies. Providing high-quality support to our customers, you’ll use your excellent people skills to help make their experience simple and pain-free. It’s varied and challenging roles, in a friendly, social and supportive environment. You’ll help our business continue to grow and in return, we’ll give you everything that you’ll need to become confident and skilled in the insurance sector.

Customer Service Opportunity

We have made it easy for our customers to buy and manage our products online without ever having to pick up the phone however; at times they need a little extra help and that's where your help and support comes in! You will be looking after our customers via email and phone and dealing with any queries or support relating to their current policies.

Sales and Renewals Opportunity

You will be dealing with Motor & Home Insurance policies, taking inbound calls where you will be completing new quotes and helping in retaining our existing customers. In this role, we will support you in achieving your CII professional qualification. You’ll be part of a structured development scheme that will enable you to maximise your potential, discover what you’re good at and help you to thrive.
