Parts advisor
Location: Hemel

Venatu Consulting are currently working in partnership with our client, who are a respected Commercial vehicle dealership and aftersales service provider are looking to add to their parts team.
Responsibilities
Supplying our trade customers with the correct parts as required by means of an electronic parts catalogue and computerised stock and ordering system.
Taking a high volume of inbound telephone calls from trade customers.
Forming new relationships whilst strengthening existing ones with our customers by providing excellent customer service.
Working with the team to achieve and exceed site sales targets by supplying the correct parts required and upselling additional parts and products where suitable.
Actively promote offers, products and consumables to customers tactically.
Ideal Candidate
Practical experience in an After Sales environment.
Ability to verbally communicate clearly and succinctly via telephone and face to face.
Should possess good customer relations skill to adapt to customer's individual requirements
whilst safeguarding company interests.
Should possess strong self-organisational skills.
Ability to ask diagnostic questions of reported defects based on customer description
