An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager has arisen within an established food manufacturer. Renowned for quality and innovation our client is a market leader manufacturer.
Based at their site in West Midlands, you will be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of a team of multi-skilled engineers. Your role will include improving key engineering KPI's, such as downtime, expenditure and engineer utilization. You must be able to work proficiently under pressure in order to continue the smooth running and the high standard requirements of this successful manufacturer.
Qualified to HND or a similar level in an engineering discipline, you should be able to demonstrate a successful record of achievement in delivering high quality engineering services within the food manufacturing industry.
