R3 Resourcing is currently recruiting for a General Manager for a fantastic Health & Fitness and Leisure operator in Brentwood.
We are looking to recruit an experienced, well rounded General Manager who is passionate about member service and creating a positive culture for customers.
As a General Manager you must have impeccable standards, have the ability and experience to organize, lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve outstanding results that will drive your club onto the next level.

Able to drive staff to achieve KPIs
Drive Sales across all parts of the clubs: New Members, Merchandise, F&B, Personal Training
With strong leadership skills and motivational qualities you will be a General Manager or an aspiring General Manager who sets the tone for your staff and the club members. Striving for the highest standards at all times will be your priority and you will train and develop your colleagues to reach the same levels.
We are keen to speak to existing General Managers, Assistant General Managers, Deputies or Sales Managers who have the drive, the ambition and the passion to succeed.
Our client can offer a competitive salary, fantastic benefits package and the opportunity to earn bonus of up to GBP9,000 per annum upon achievement of balanced score card targets.
If you are a proven Manager within the Health & Fitness and Leisure industry and have experience of managing a wide range of department managers, supervisors and team leaders then this presents an exciting opportunity for you.
