Risk & Compliance Manager
A Risk & Compliance Manager with assurance experience is required to work a permanent basis for our IT client based in Hook.

Overview of the Risk & Compliance Manager role
As the Risk & Compliance Manager you will assist in the enhancement risk, compliance and assurance culture across our clients business as well as measuring and reporting on its effectiveness, thereby reducing risk in the Division. Close links will be established with Group, Legal and other regulatory teams to ensure an integrated and efficient approach to the management of risks and compliance to deliver combined assurance.
Key skills required for the Risk & Compliance Manager
* Educated to degree level and hold an appropriate professional qualification in the domain of risk management, compliance, assurance, or similar management discipline such as IRM, ACII, ACCA, CIMA.
* Be highly numerate and able to communicate with colleagues at all levels;
* Have a good understanding of the corporate needs of organisations of similar size and breadth in the areas of risk and compliance.
* Be knowledgeable in the impact of risk and risk Management in a business as well as specific understanding of risk and compliance process theories/practices.
* Have sound experience in risk and compliance in a multinational and similarly diverse service organisation and an understanding of risk types and how they impact a business.
